Hi! I’m Ebony Ranee McCray, founder and creative strategist of REDIM Beauty. If there’s one thing you should know about me, it’s that I create with purpose. Every idea I have tends to lead me back to a bigger why. REDIM is no different. What started with my love for creating grew into something that allowed me to bring together beauty, meaning, and a little piece of who I am.
I wasn’t always a makeup girl, but over time I started appreciating the little things about beauty. For me, it could be as simple as putting on a lip product and feeling a little more put together. I loved how a light touch could enhance what was already there. When I decided to create beauty products of my own, I knew I wanted them to be simple enough for everyday life, but still feel special every time you reached for them.
That’s where REDIM found purpose. I wanted to create products people could genuinely enjoy while building a brand that meant something beyond beauty. That meaning naturally became part of REDIM, even down to our signature light bulb packaging. What began as an idea has become a brand that reflects so much of what I value: creating intentionally, making beauty feel special, and giving something meaningful to the people who experience it.
